Guide to awakening
Now you have realized that you are no longer sleeping, and you have woken to a world that you didn’t know existed. What are the next steps? Who do you talk to? How do you develop and practice your newly found spirituality? You may start to notice that your old way of thinking no longer aligns to your new self. How do you deal with this?
Let me take you through the way I have been handling it. I’ve noticed that I find myself drifting a little too much from the ground. Sometimes obsessing a little too much over it. Its like when a child learns something brand new and they are trying to master it, as quickly as possible, to show their friends and family what they have learned. However, every skill takes time to develop. Its nice to think that because you had an out of this world experience that you are suddenly a master at this new trait. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. Once you are spiritually awakened it is important that you allow your newly found connection with your intuition to guide you to the right people. My intuition guides me through synchronicities. The synchronicities allow me to know that im heading in the right path or that I’m trying to reach out to the right person.
Through this path I have intuitively been guided to one very dear cousin of mines that has given me numerous tips and advice. He’s been spiritually awakened for many years now and is an elder soul in this practice. He’s the one that advised me of the importance of learning the functions and purpose of the chakras. It is very important to keep the chakras in balance for your wellbeing. You will become aware of these chakras once you are spiritually awake. You will feel the emotion and energies they emit with each passing day. Your body will guide you to which one is blocked based on how you feel that day. For example, when you are feeling that your missing someone that is no longer here or longing for something you have lost it might be time to balance your heart chakra (4). When you feel like judging, speaking against someone, or the urge to gossip you might need to balance your throat chakra (5). When you did something that made you feel guilty, or feeling like your sex drive is low, balance your pelvis chakra (2). What if you did something that made you feel shameful of yourself, balance your navel chakra (3), to put that feeling at ease. When you catch yourself obsessing to much of how you look or having anxiety for acquiring material things or have a feeling that your losing yourself balance your root chakra (1). Maybe you feel like all sudden your intuition isn’t as bright as the days you had your awakening, then you might need to block out the illusion of this dimension and tap back into the spirit world. Your 6th chakra/third eye might be blocked. Lastly, when you feel that your connection with God is not that clear, let go of your pride/ego and balance your (7) chakra/crown. I have enclosed the chart of the chakra blockages and properties in this post.
You must ask now how is that you balance these chakras. There are many videos on YouTube that you can meditate to that include each chakra visual appearance, chant and color. Once you have mastered and remember how each chakra sounds and looks like, you proceed to meditate with them on your own without the videos.
Acquiring knowledge and chakra practice I have been endeavoring since my awakening has been my focus. Once this practice is mastered you can then enter the more advance state of consciousness where you start to astral project yourself and finally start receiving clear information from your higher self. I can’t wait to master this next step. I will patiently and slowly keep working towards it. I can honestly say that without this passed on knowledge from my cousin I probably would’ve ended up in the hospital quite a few more times. I’m finally starting to feel the sense of grounding and very much in tuned with myself.
I also enjoy speaking to my daughter’s uncle a lot. He introduced the crystal healing teachings to me. I’m still very new to this but have already gone to the nature store to purchase one to wear and others to place on my chakra points while I meditate. When you go to purchase these crystals, you go as if you are finding treasure because the beauty of this is to allow the crystal to choose you. Once you’ve chosen the crystals that you are attracted to, then you research their healing capabilities and see for yourself that they were meant for you. When you bring them home it is important to cleanse them as they are touched by many and may hold other energies. You can do so by either planting them in the ground or surrounding infusing sage incense around them. Its good to let them sit in direct sunlight or moonlight to charge them prior to wearing them. Once they are ready they then begin to be charged with your energies through meditation or holding them while you sleep to later help you with any blockages you may be experiencing.
